GRIEVANCE PROCEDURES

The policies that govern grievance procedures, including informal review and hearing procedures, for both the JURHA Low Rent Public Housing Program and the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program are located in the Agency Policies binder. The Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP) contains the information pertaining to the Public Housing Program, and the Section 8 Administrative Plan contains the information pertaining to the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program.
